Marvell’s Volunteer Time Off Program offers employees up to 3 days or 24 hours of paid time off to volunteer at eligible organizations that align with Marvell’s philanthropy pillars*.  Manager approval is required prior to participating in this Program.

Employees who volunteer 3 or more hours will earn a volunteer grant of $20 per hour (up to $200 USD per year) to be donated to an eligible non-profit.

Marvell’s Company Match Program allows you to donate to a variety of eligible charitable organizations that align with Marvell’s philanthropy pillars*.  Marvell will match employee donations to eligible charitable organizations dollar for dollar up to $500 USD per employee, per calendar year. For more information, see the Guidelines and FAQs.

New hires will receive a $20 cause card to be donated to an eligible non-profit of their choice in the program. An email with instructions on how to use the cause card will be sent within the first month of hire.
