How it Works & Marvell's Subsidy +

Administered by Navia, register online at naviabenefits.com/participants (employer code: MRV) and place an order for your monthly transit and parking needs by the 20th of the month. The order amount will be deducted from your paycheck pretax and loaded onto a Navia Benefits Card (the same card as your Navia FSA Debit Card). You can use the Navia Benefits Card in place of a personal debit or credit card to purchase services at any transit or parking facility that accepts MasterCard.

Your commuter passes will be purchased using pre-tax dollars (up to $325 for parking and $325 for transit), and Marvell will subsidize your purchase of 50% up to $70/month. Both pre- and post-tax purchases will be deducted from the first paycheck of the month.

For example, if you select a transit pass that costs $400/month, Marvell will pay 50% up to $70 (in this case, $70). The pre-tax limit of $325 will be deducted from your paycheck, with the remaining $5 deducted post-tax.
